With Odoo we invoice without delay

What differentiates Odoo from other similar products?

This software has become our ally in the department, because it helps us to perform daily invoicing without delays and in a simple way. I like that I can create custom invoices or use the system's format, I can also automatically perform recurring invoicing. A software that we also use to track expenses of each project and activity that is executed in the company.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

All billing management is done automatically with the system, as well as other tasks such as payment of suppliers, customers and other recurring payments. It also has a payroll management, where it calculates quickly and without errors the payroll of employees, with their deductions, overtime and more. I found its interface very easy to use and friendly, so we quickly adapt to the program.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customer service leaves much to be desired, we requested their help to make some links and integrations with some banks we work with and we had to solve the problem on our own, with external help, since the response from customer service or technical support never came. To tell the truth, we find the software very easy to use and very useful, but they should improve much more in their customer service.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All departments of the organization use Odoo because our HR system is based on it. It handles leave management, payroll management and overtime requests. In addition, it keeps track of the organization's hierarchy with all relevant information and contact details of every employee in the organization.
