Great tool to produce engaging webinars

What differentiates ON24 from other similar products?

All the different engagement options, not only polling and Q&A. But all different widgets like resources (for content download), break out rooms, captioning, CTAs and many more. I also love all the indepth reporting options.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Engagement options, reporting and branding of the console

What do you dislike most about this product?

Slight delay between presenters and audience, some features are not 'standard' and you need to pay for them. For instance break out rooms and captioning. But I do understand their reasons. Still I would have loved it if they are part of the tool standard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Think big but start small! There are so many options to try out and experiment with. Experiment and see what resonates with your audience.
