What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?

OnBoard is a program that costs less and has a very good customer service, it is much better than other programs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

With the Minutes Builder and the ability to fill up a meeting's schedule and agenda from a Word document or by replicating a meeting in the OnBoard system, we are quite pleased. What a time-saver this is! We've found OnBoard's voting tool to be incredibly user- and admin-friendly, and our board members appreciate being able to vote through their phones. It's simple to make adjustments in real-time when motions are made or altered. The software has received a lot of praise for its ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

A few times the system has kicked me out of Minutes Builder or other panels, but I've always been able to get back in with no problem.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use the free trial to create test plans and bundles. As an additional option to directories, consider surveying, approval, and e-signatures.

It has many features and is economically priced.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the simplicity of use and structure/organization that OnBoard facilitates for our business. It has greatly simplified meeting materials and meeting arrangement. I like that all the functions are easily accessible in one location.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Approvals might be easier to utilize. In certain cases, back-end changes may have an influence on permissions that have been in place for a long time. As long as we get an update, our board members should be able to attend their regularly scheduled meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Don't wait any longer to get your hands on this fantastic meeting software. Using this will make your life and that of your meeting participants far more efficient and safe.

I admire the OnBoard platform because it is intelligently tailored to work with us. Its appealing design allows us to change the setting to make it fit four business settings. Its clever features help in solving real-world demands and minimizing complexity so that our boards and leadership teams can achieve desired results, move quicker, and accomplish more for our organization.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love OnBoard entirely because it allows us and leaders to work effortlessly by providing a central management console for all things from meeting management and operations to collaboration with advisory boards and leadership teams. It has incredible potential to reduce the number of complex, time-consuming processes and increase transparency and effectiveness. With this most protective board technology, we are now also able to keep our information completely safe.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Viewing papers within the software is a little clunky and difficult. The book rebuilds every time we submit a draft copy of a file, so we won't be able to see it until it's finished. There was a little learning curve, particularly with the member database, setting up groups and responsibilities, and so on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

OnBoard is a powerful board platform that thrills directors while giving administrators more power. I think it is a unique option that is also adaptable enough to adapt to any company setup. My recommendation is that businesses give it a shot and test their sample product before making a final decision.
