Minutes builder.

The minutes feature doesn't link directly with the agenda if the agenda changes.

What differentiates OnBoard from other similar products?

The product seamlessly integrates with other essential systems hence there is optimization of data sharing.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaboration that facilitates communication and enhances teamwork among shareholders during the employee onboarding process. Role-based access and a member Database are the other features that I like.

What do you dislike most about this product?

How I wish I had encountered this platform earlier as it has worked to my liking, especially its robust feature which is document management that streamlines the employee on-boarding process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Since the product is great at enhancing teamwork and facilitating communication, I would recommend it to all companies.

Fast user interface, secure connection, stable storage, synchronization with Google Drive, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Zoom.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Communicate effectively through Zoom, flexibility, easy use, send direct messages or voice and video messages or meetings.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited integrations.
