This is very easy to user and convenient tool for developers, administrators, Users as well. Multilayered authentication to access the document. Reminds before expiry. Global language supports. Consultants available anytime to troubleshoot your issues. Integration with various tools to minimise the workflow. Can monitor user activities with the documents.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

In my company we deal with various clients, customers with various projects. We also deal with international clients in some cases. While it comes to sign agreements, physically sign not possible everytime. So we implemented OneSpan Sign for our requirements. It helped us to save our costs and time by managing our all documents with E-Sign facility. It is very user friendly. It has multilayered authentication like OTP on mobile number, security questions, etc. to access the documents. Can monitor who have seen each documents with workflows and can track the progress of transactions. It also reminds to sign before expiry.

What do you dislike most about this product?

As compared to eversign it has no free version. It has limited plans for businesses. But with it's pricing it justified with it's huge features and customer support.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I love this application as it is easy to integrate with existing software, website, mobile apps. Before implementing you should compare features and your company requirements with similar products. You won't get free version here but you will get lots of features with it's plans. Your documents are safe in cloud and can't be hacked. Support team is highly responsive to your queries.

It has boosted the businesses with digitalized processes. It has multiple features in which e-signature is a unique one. Small businesses to large companies anyone can implement this with their works. You can get reports on every E-Sign transactions and monitor on this for completion. Easy to setup and user friendly interface. They also provide quality customer support.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have good experience with this tool. In my job it has helped me alot. During hiring we create documents on appointments, verifications where we need candidate's signature as agreed to terms of our company. With this tool we made it easy to get their signature virtually and we can check the documents anywhere anytime as these documents are saved in cloud. You can also implement in On-premises. You can access from desktop, laptop, mobile, laptop, etc. During virtual meetings you can record the session for future reference. User have to use personal digital certificate or any ID proofs as attachment to verify identity.

What do you dislike most about this product?

In some points I dislike as it should improve in these cases. For beginners it should provide free or lower plan with limited access. It should give more features as similar products also providing same thing with this price range.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is a multi featured application where you will get lots of features under single platform. You will get sufficient solutions for your business needs. With Audit trail you can see complete picture of the transactions with strong identity assurance to determine the compliance for remote processes. It has global language support through which you can send your documents in other languages of abroad clients. You can customise the documents with brand logo and layouts. While using this I have got better customer support among other competitors. Still if you want lower price plans then you can choose eversign, Adobe sign, etc for your business

Get your documents signed electronically. No special knowledge required to use this. Anyone can use this tool. Can capture signatures both online and offline. Can take signature virtually through video conferencing, calls, etc. Verify identity by uploading Identity proofs issued by government. Product is budget friendly and helpful. Dedicated support team for your help in every step.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

This tool has simplified our job in insurance industry.Earlier it was difficult to visit every remote location regularly and in huge customer base industry it was not possible sometimes.But with OneSign Span it became easy to introduce our customers the policies, insurances, documents and it can be signed digitally without visiting anywhere.Customers can ask query over virtual meetings and can share their identity proofs over the platform to process their application. It can be integrated with Salesforce, SharePoint for better usage of this tool.Can send documents to multiple users at a time without having to prepare in individual transaction

What do you dislike most about this product?

I only dislike the limitations on sending documents which should increased more. Apart that it has fulfilled our expectations.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I prefer this tool as it is best among similar products. It has best pricing structure for your business types. You can get your agreement or documents signed electronically without spending much time in physical meetings. You can also authenticate the transactions with proper identification. I have a pleasant experience with this software in my company. It has reduced both time and cost. It is user friendly and available in reasonable price. Can integrate with Salesforce CRM to import contacts and share through SharePoint also. Integration is easy and simple.
