What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

Easy to use tool, flexible enough to integrate. Sign documents digitally without any issue. Documents are encrypted and safe in cloud. Can be accessed from both web and mobile devices. Provides ID verification and authentication to access agreements or documents. Signers can attach ID proofs to e-signatures.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Best tool in e-sign category. Now a days physical paper signing process is decreasing and digital signature is trending in market. It is secure and authenticated so there's no fear of loss of any data of your company. You can easily create documents and add users or signers using drang and drop facility. Signers can use these processes using their web devices or mobile devices which gives a big impression to your company. In our company we deal with vendors virtually and after reading documents they sign digitally and later it will be saved in our cloud storage for future reference. Users can also download the signed documents.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes in mobile devices it becomes slower. Apart that I have never found anything wrong with this application. Love this product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Now every businesses going towards digital or internet. So now you don't need to visit physically or physical paper to sign agreements. It can be done anywhere from any devices within a minutes. You can also verify user data from their ID verification. All data are secure with OneSpan Sign.

What differentiates OneSpan Sign from other similar products?

OneSpan Sign provides a lot of customized support and also ensures that uptime is notified and consistent. This is incredibly important for our applications, which require reliability over new features.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Consistency and uptime.

What do you dislike most about this product?

API is complicated. The first integration was more costly than I would've hoped.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Hire a good dev shop to get you started. Document your process in a module, and then expand the capabilities across the organization.

Very hungry company looking to overtake major competitors. More personal relationships established rather than customers simply being an account number.

Notification flow is very good.

Some of the templating features are behind the offerings of competitors.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure you clearly understand your needs when deciding how to implement the solution as they have multiple offering footprints which might suit your requirements.
