I enjoy the Microsoft feature that allows emails to travel immediately to the inbox from any Microsoft provider to any Microsoft office service provider. The ideal option for your M365 Tenant compliance score dashboards, internal risk management rules, data governance and security, and other issues is Microsoft 365 Compliance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is also advantageous to implement security policies including access limitations, encryption, and visible markings. Thanks to Microsoft 365, we can accurately preserve and record our files, and teammates can collaborate to share reports and periodically discuss upgrades. I appreciate how easy it is to collect feedback from colleagues, cast opinions, and aggregate results using the forms in Microsoft 365.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Every time I create a new quick reference bar, fill it with all the tabs I believe I'll need, and record all the macros that simulate hitting enter or delete keys on the keyboard, it's all lost when I restart the machine. It is gone if I open the default template.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can customize your experience because there are many options available. Additionally, I value having alerts on the program's dashboard so I can quickly see what I need to see. The fact that it shields us from spam and data loss is what I enjoy best about it. Customer service responds quickly and makes an effort to help you in every process.

What differentiates OpenText CloudAlly Backup from other similar products?

Cloud Ally is simple to use, both for configuring backups and searching for backed up documents. It has solid features and a fantastic support team.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

CloudAlly Office 365 is a cloud-to-cloud integrated solution that allows us to organize and manage our O365 accounts and backup provisions. It performs data deduplication at the source end to eliminate redundant data before it reaches the backup servers. Its one-click SaaS integration features provide extensive support for OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have no dislikes for CloudAlly Office 365 Backup because it works well for our organization's incremental backup model. It provides automated and proactive compliance monitoring across all of our O365 accounts, with no customer key management required. For our Office 365 Exchange Calendars, Contacts, and Notes, we can set up automated daily backups. These are easily tracked in the Activity Console.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most useful aspect of CloudAlly is that it is a one-time setup and forget solution. When you add it to your Office 365 accounts, it simply does what it says on the box. It is simply a matter of drilling down if you need to recover a deleted file. You can restore just one file instead of the entire directory, which is a very useful feature.
