What differentiates OpenText CloudAlly Backup from other similar products?

G Suite Backup has features that make this a different software, it gives the user the advantage of not having to worry about creating backups manually but that this performs this process automatically, its access is simple and fast and can be done from anywhere, backups are carried out quickly, its interface is very intuitive so using it is not complicated, on the contrary it can be used by anyone, it is possible to restore the entire Google account or whatever you want the user also not only provides this but also protects your data against malware and ransomwares, as well as allows you to verify the status of these copies so that at the time of restoration you have no problem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I really like the one that allows a backup and restoration of all the data of the G Suite account, that is to say Gmail, Google Drive, calendars, contacts and sites, the one that provides detailed reports about what was done or not and who made said action so that it is always clear of the responsibility that each user has, on the other hand I am pleased that in case of having a failed restoration G Suite will return a refund for 10 times the annual cost of the individual account, so that is One way of taking responsibility, that is why I consider this software to be quite complete and useful since it always seeks to give the best solution and protection to the data of each user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not carry out real time backups, its user interface can be somewhat complicated for users who do not have basic knowledge in this type of software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a fast and secure way to store all the data of your G Suite account, as well as to keep them under protection, that is why I recommend its use because you can choose how to carry out your backups either automatically or manually, as well as ensuring the restoration of all information and without worrying about how and where to access it
