What differentiates OpenText GroupWise from other similar products?

Micro Focus GroupWise is the major communication solution which offers the best communications strategic and easy on files sharing and screen recording functions are excellent.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The interface allows easy features management and the easy to collaborate with all the project members and sharing an need document is faster.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Very effective technical team and its responsiveness to any customers problem is amazing and also to train on the system is also a very easy process.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Micro Focus GroupWise offers amazing functions which are excellent on engagement and easy access of various project documents and the content management is also perfect.

What differentiates OpenText GroupWise from other similar products?

It has built-in capabilities to store and save documents and information provided by the user. It helps you to analyze and check your progress through the dashboard reporting feature. It supports various mediums like desktops or even mobile phones for automation procedures. It has an advanced interface for the users and it supports good collaboration. Saves time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It provides mobility and productivity. You can get connected from wherever you are. It can be accessed via laptop, mobiles, tablets, etc. These aspects make you more efficient at work and give you easy accessibility. It provides calendaring and instant communications.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Automation is annoying sometimes due to long intervals of executions. It affects in less performance. This problem should be worked out and solved. It could be found expensive for some users. PDF-related applications should also be provided with automation. More improvements are needed to make a user-friendly interface to add more flexibility.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is well designed for those who deal with the demands coming from other agencies or businesses. It appears well suited for those who want to manage some portfolios or projects as well as resources. It isn’t well suited to manage basic projects that are needed by many business customers.

What differentiates OpenText GroupWise from other similar products?

Unlike most tools in it's category, Micro Focus GroupWise is resourceful in that it takes care of business instant messaging, collaboration, calendaring, document management, and much more

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that Micro Focus GroupWise is the most affordable yet effective business collaboration software. I like that Micro Focus GroupWise is very capable and handles more than just employees collaboration

What do you dislike most about this product?

Everything has worked well so far and I have no complaints

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you're considering Micro Focus GroupWise, I can assure you it's one of the best. We have used it successfully and no complaints
