What differentiates OptiSigns from other similar products?

I have limited use with other systems other than Amazon in house built products which were clunky and not intuitive

The simplicity of adding and managing content

Nothing I really dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Make sure to set clear goals about the purpose of how it will be used. This product can be used in various ways and could be easy to leverage in only one regard. We set up multiple "feeds" for various business purposes.

What differentiates OptiSigns from other similar products?

I love being able to schedule all 3 (soon to be more) displays at once. I used to have to go in and schedule each one independently before OptiSigns. OptiSigns is so easy to use and is saving me a ton of time! So far the platform has been really user-friendly. We're looking to add more displays to our account in the somewhat near future!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Also being able to tell whether or not a display is online is huge. Before I'd have to ask if a display was working or find out myself, only to hear oh yeah it's been blank for days.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There's really nothing bad I can say about OptiSigns.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do it! I had reservations about purchasing this but it's been a great investment!

What differentiates OptiSigns from other similar products?

OptiSigns is very straightforward. We used ViewNeo before and it was so complicated to edit and find marketing material. OptiSigns was so simple and really gave our team so much more productive time back.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is connecting our social media accounts and then it automatically adding our posts to our lobby tv feed. It’s so streamlined and easy.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there were more pre-made templates to choose from like employee birthdays, but not just for a single employee. I wish there was one for multiple employees birthdays. We ended up creating one ourselves, but would be nice to have more options. This also would go for holiday templates too, not just big holidays, but even national days and other holidays would be great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The ease of use is my biggest recommendation to anyone. It’s so much easier to get set up on a tv and getting content to play.
