Oracle Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) guides customers through a step-by-step process of entering a correctly configured and fully detailed purchase order. What differentiates Oracle CPQ from other similar products?
I've worked for a number of businesses without a proper quote-to-cash procedure, and this product completely fixes that problem. Oracle CPQ is efficient to run a company with various systems handling different tasks like proposals, bids, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
First, it makes us able to exchange data with Salesforce without interruption and be accessible through partner communities. We improved the information model, the set of guidelines, and a lot of other elements. A CPQ system that could create Routers and also boms as well as store and process all the models for both, for each item family, was one of our most important requirements and Oracle CPQ fulfilled these requirements.
What do you dislike most about this product?
We definitely would have preferred better product support. Currently, getting problems resolved requires a lot of follow-ups. Contrary to a number of other cloud solutions, Oracle CPQ Cloud does not include an interface that enables a user to update settings on a regular basis.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
The very best method for moving forward is Oracle CPQ. We need a better strategy and method if we want to increase the financial capacity of our company, which necessitates using advanced technology. This is where Oracle Order Management Cloud comes in so usefully so urge you to give it a try.

What differentiates Oracle CPQ from other similar products?

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like each aspect of Oracle CPQ. What do you dislike most about this product?
Price is an issue, as it is with practically every Oracle product. Setting up rules and configurations might take time as well, depending on how complicated our items are. Our system's most challenging component is documented since we still utilize the original Document Designer, an antiquated tool that is difficult to use.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I suggest it because of the aesthetic features of CPQ and the extensive customizability that provide an excellent user experience. For cost estimation, we utilize Oracle CPQ. All of our apps use CPQ, which is our pricing engine, to obtain the final list price. The pricing feature allows for varied price reductions based on different time commitments.
