What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM from other similar products?

I like its functionalities which helps on easy management of positions, and also the performance management through the tool easy friendly interface with simple and active tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Quality of the generated services and the efficiency of the tool performance and its technical team are more interactive with their customers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing at all on the Oracle system that i can underline being an issue from the software features and its services.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle Cloud HCM is a nice easy platform that provides amazing management which enables easy management of talent and its also a great development solution.

What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM from other similar products?

timely updates activity dashboard, users are able to print there checks, automated report tracking, alerts and reminders make it so adorable. users can make direct deposit at any given time, the simplified employees portals, among many unique traits.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease in implementing this software. it took us almost zero time to put everything into running as the users adapted to the technicalities with ease.

What do you dislike most about this product?

the technical support is quite slow, something needs to be done.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product contains all you need to take your organization to the next level. give it all.
