Easy to use tool. Easy to personalize your contents. Ability for everyone to connect thus enabling collaboration between its user.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I like everything about this product, easy to use and to connection for better collaboration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Highly recommend because it is a powerful tool that will increase efficiency in your operations, provides workforce insights and gives you the ability to find and retain the best employee.

What differentiates Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM from other similar products?

They are different in many ways, the features are intuitive and our users could manage alot of things on their own.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Tiles like feature on the main dashboard. All info are reachable within 3 clicks.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to use a 3rd party payroll if you want a cheaper solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do a deep study, we evaluated SuccessFactor and Oracle. Oracle turned out to be a better value for us.
