What differentiates Oracle Learning from other similar products?

Oracle has an integration with Human Capital Management cloud providing seamless integration with HR functions and workforce planning. Learnings can be personalized with advanced reporting and analytics.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The mobile accessibility feature is a big plus for users who need flexibility in learning. Platform focuses on compliance with tools to track and ensure completion of mandatory training. Cloud infrastructure is secure. User friendly interface.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited customization features. Expensive when compared to other learning platforms hence small organizations can't afford it. It has a learning curve as the ecosystems takes sometime to understand. Integration with third party apps is difficult.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle Learning is one of the biggest cloud learning platforms with extensive analytical capabilities. Learning is made easy and can be tracked if going along with the plan. One can definitely invest into this.

What differentiates Oracle Learning from other similar products?

Curated courses with customized learning hours. It is easy to examine the development of the learning with different types of assessments. Several courses on ERP and cloud infrastructure were conceptual and good to learn.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The variety of the courses offered along with associated courses recommendation.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The basic courses are cost wise manageable, but if we go for advanced courses, it seems to become expensive. It will be better if there are bundling of courses at an attractive price point.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are in technology space and willing to learn the latest architecture and tech stacks, Oracle learning will be a great place to start with.
