What differentiates Oracle Learning from other similar products?

Collaborative sessions and Practical sessions. Course management good, there isn't micro management in the training.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

practical sessions with the friendly collaboration

What do you dislike most about this product?

although this platform is great for learning, I feel sometimes documentation is outdated and hard to completed the sessions with the old the documentation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if your trying to switch your career and not sure which platform to choose with work life balance with learning, then oracle learning platform provides variety courses and session. with the existing role, it shouldn't difficult to take the training and complete it.

What differentiates Oracle Learning from other similar products?

It has a very focused approach of courses and content. We use it for up skill existing employees. It provides a very good platform as managers to provide Learning and Development plan for employees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Role based learning and development plan helps employee and as individuals to approach the next step in career in a systematic way and helps to upskill your role.

What do you dislike most about this product?

More instructor led courses and competitive cost as compared to other market products

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

One should approach the courses based on role or career path they are looking for with is guided though the products systematic approach, individual self-paced courses would help you but not upskill your role.
