There are not many differences with other programs, the good thing is that it has a more affordable price and also has many functions that are very helpful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because it provides real-time analytics, this tool is ideal for social media monitoring. The straightforward interface of this program makes its use quick and painless. It's a comprehensive solution that incorporates large amounts of data for things like listening, measuring, sentiment analysis, naming key opinion leaders, and reporting. Using this information, we can determine who is listening, what they are listening for, and why they are listening. Data like this may be extremely useful when collaborating with many companies to see if you are headed in the right direction or if a course correction is in need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like how it can't track live updates, meaning we need a war room for every event to catch the buzz of the moment. Having the option to post from your mobile device is quite desirable. Having to log in to a computer can be a barrier to making timely, relevant posts, which might discourage or cause workers to miss out on opportunities to get involved.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This application comes highly recommended by me due to the fact that it enables users to post content to a variety of social media networks with only the click of a button.

The application is tough to use, and there are alternative options that are simpler to use. Additionally, it has a lot of functionality, which is something I appreciate; these are the two primary differences.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Simply said, there are a plethora of options for archiving large data sets. Collaboration on group projects is greatly facilitated when all members have access to the same substantial files. The platform's accessibility to a wide range of development resources enhances users' already impressive capacity for task-switching. The ability to save the photographs, videos, documents, and other information along with the analytical data of social networking platforms is wonderful.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The technology is too "retro" for my taste. It's fantastic for storing and creating, but the website seems like it was built in the early 2010s and hasn't been updated since then. Even if its sluggishness is justified by its large storage space, I still think it should move at a more leisurely pace given its intended use.

I would recommend this application to others since it packs in so many useful features that one would describe them as being overpowering.

Customizing each channel, integrating datasets and analyzing campaign performance at each point in the customer relationship are my favorite aspects of the Oracle Marketing Cloud

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle should put AI and machine learning within reach without a lot of extra work or expertise on the customers' part to bring a higher level of automation to a set of tasks

If you are planning to actively and consistently connect with your leads and prospects, Oracle Marketing Cloud sets you up to design effective marketing campaigns as well as to track their performance.
