What differentiates Oracle Marketing from other similar products?
We can keep eye on customer behavior on our website through its online behavior track features. It is good for delivering outbound mails. Oracle marketing cloud is highly customizable. Oracle gives data in an easily understandable form and its reports are beneficial for us. They are flexible and have mobile accessibility.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We can automatically qualify leads to update our CRM and can deliver design email templates from our CRM. It measures consumer sentiments with the help of information provided by customer service requests. It provides individual communication for specific segments and sends them on our preferred channel.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Their customer support team is not good. Their rates are high end expensive. The update is not provided by oracle marketing. It is not user-friendly. The time of sync between CRM platforms is low sometimes. We face hurdles in using email designers. They have limited data exportability we cannot export everything.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend Oracle because it can campaign management for marketing teams. It also has the ability to unite customer signals and communication. Their analytics tool is good for large organizations because a lot of clients approach them through their websites. Oracle provides insights, is flexible, and helps us to analyze data.

The strongest feature of Oracle as a digital marketing agency is its convenience of use and flexibility to lead the promotion processes for customers based on their needs and behaviors, all through automation.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It has a wide range of capabilities, functionalities, and integrations. Inside the platform, we can develop almost any program or procedure.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Reporting is terrible. It isn't straightforward, as well as the personalized reports are difficult to create and take time to load.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Well, if you've a large business and would like to handle prospects with less work, this really is the program to explore, but just let me make one point clear: when compared to other program that enables automation, Oracle appears to be a little costly.

Unlike other platforms, Oracle allows us to share our marketing content, allowing us to identify more specific content for our customers, allowing us to better manage our sales department.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
What I like best is the ability to integrate with your mobile phone, which means you don't need an external IDE to develop; everything you need is in the web console and the configuration you use to personalize it. I can use keywords to search for any type of information.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Even though we like this product, we can't ignore the things that make us cringe, but we believe it could be improved if more design functions for arranging and removing items were added, as this would provide a more appealing design to the platform.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I always recommend that the best way to ensure that your company and its activities are frctiferas is to use the best products, which is why we can recommend Oracle for implementation in the organization if it will meet your needs.
