What differentiates Oracle NetSuite ERP from other similar products?

Great extensibility ,customization robustness , incredible support and reporting. Oracle is one of the top dogs in this market space.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The flexibility it provides for APIs for customization are best in field.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Oracle is the Ferrari in this space and costs a-lot but you get what you pay for.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Do your homework and make sure you need a tool of this depth and breadth before you get locked into contracts. There is alot to this tool so dig deep on features and in your wallet.
