Complete product that is cost effective and user friendly.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can report on virtually anything in the system. Easy to customize and put in new fields for business analytics and tracking.

What do you dislike most about this product?

How hard it is to find the fields you want to use in a report or search. If you pick the wrong one, you may get the wrong information.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Be sure you have executive buy in and support. Be sure you know your own business processes and needs to make development run smoothly.

Drill down from almost all screens/reports

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the most part, solid product. Nothing material to change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If looking at SAP or MS products, include NS in your evaluation. I have installed/used other ERP's and NS is a strong product without many of the shortcomings of other ERP's.
