What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

It is a remarkable software. Oracle HCM concentrate on employee management system from a single platform. Hiring and firing employees has become a very fast and easy process for our HR department. Marking absence and leave of employees has become very reliable and flawless ever since we started using this.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how it has made human capital management very easy. It allows me to post jobs and recruit new people. It helped me a lot with new talent management. It can perform multiple activities at the same time. Currently we are using it for shortlisting candidates for a job, hiring new employees, exit and fill etc. in my organization.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don’t like how the Oracle HCM needs too many clicks. It doesn’t let us download many cvs at the same time. There are too many restrictions. While searching for candidates, there isn’t an option to filter experience. Employee screening is confusing. There is no user interface in this software.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle HCM is a great user friendly application. It is one of the best softwares for employee hiring, setting ambitions for employees, manage payroll, attendance, Human Resources and candidate screening. It is centralised and provides all information on submissions in one place. I would recommend it to all large scale organisations.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

Status changes in real-time Simple to use, super rapid, and one-stop onboarding procedures timely alerts when there is a status change, Good leave, and attendance tracking. Automatic reminders when work is getting close to its deadline multi-factor authentication with a secure log-in. Nice user interface that is simple to utilize. Delegate daily decisions for staff members, such as approval of transfers, leave requests, and absence management.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It can easily manage HR-related functionalities, including payroll and work management. Employees can use it to update their personal information and notify the company of changes in their circumstances, such as their marital status. It benefits from excellent integration with other Oracle products, which increases its use. It can also easily manage to deal with suppliers, procurement options, and supply-chain departments.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The system does not appear to have a setting that allows a user to specify the amount of time before auto-logging off is triggered. Uploads must be in PDF format, and the filenames must be short and contain no commas or other visible characters. Despite being straightforward, user interfaces can be futuristic if they are correctly arranged.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The most effective management tool for businesses and employees. It offers the best features that reduce costs and maximize savings, enabling us to enhance operations. It provides full functionality, including procurement management, financial management, and human capital management.

What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft from other similar products?

It is efficient and easy-to-use business software, especially if you are a business owner in the Quick Service Restaurant sector, which employs millions worldwide. The user interface is very straightforward. It has assisted us with all of the HR and financial data without any difficulty at all. This website has never slowed down or failed to work at all.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The PeopleSoft HCM team taught our HR professionals the system all over the country after your purchase, and our HR department has been quite productive since then. PeopleSoft has a highly intuitive interface that is easy for HR professionals and employees to use. It can quickly handle changes to employee personal and professional data, payroll, changes to their marital status, and other employee-related changes.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Most traffic was sent to this page, which was frequently under repair because several issues occurred when processing payroll. Deployment and bug fixes take more time. Several phases are involved in the processing of leaves, which we thought maybe streamlined—the high expense of upkeep. A futuristic user interface is possible.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool boasts a variety of features, all under one roof. Everything is available in one location, including time reporting, loan applications, and transfer management. The program can be altered to suit organizational requirements. It can be implemented across a wide, diversified user base while bringing various process models to a single, uniform standard with the potential for a single data model and shared procedures.
