What differentiates Oracle PeopleSoft ERP from other similar products?

I am primarily a customer of this item in my organization, but have been using it for several years now. I've used it at two companies I've been to. I used to use it to organize employee timesheets basically, but it's actually almost everything related to employee data needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like how all the processes are organized and how you can effectively communicate changes to multiple members. Easily record and track huge amounts of employee data. Large number of options for report generation and data extraction.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is not compatible with all mobile devices or is an application that is only compatible with certain software and browsers, not working properly. ROI is a bit disadvantageous because it is very commonly used so it is easy to locate the help, so it takes less time to process and guard.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I am using PeopleSoft from a very long time and indeed its a good investment for growth.
