The thing that unifier includes facilities and real estate functionalities such as work orders, leases, space management and more

A good scheduling and project planning software

What differentiates Oracle Primavera from other similar products?

The distinctive features of scheduling plus its robust and powerful planning ability is great. It's Gantt chart is also great and it helps you to project at a glance.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's WBS and scheduling feature.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The java compatibility part is what I would like the developer to look into. Also, an improvement in it's BI reporting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

So far the best project planning software out there when you consider the result that it delivers for your project planning.
