1. Support available with the product 2. Rarely any downtime with the product

What do you dislike most about this product?

The report downloading takes a lot of time during the day when a lot of users are working on it as a result it is better to download it at night

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you are working in an organizsation which invloves a lot of data then it is recommended to use this product.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Hundreds of services, can be scaled by Oracle Service Bus via some highly sophisticated techniques like preprocess parsing which can split large messages into smaller packets

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing as such. It is an amazing product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For sure I will recommend this product as a must use specially when your business landscape is handling thousands of messages per hour
