Oracle Unity CDP has the immense capability of getting the data from disparate sources and create a realtime unified profile

What do you dislike most about this product?

Customization in the product is bit challenging at times and vendor support is required to help the organization

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Oracle Unity CDP is an enterprise solution hence IT and Business team must work coherently. Organization must start with MVP use cases which drives the highest business value and define the success KPIs with the help of business strategy. Accordingly they should enable the IT team to get the right data in the CDP and activate the data to achieve the desired market objective.
