What differentiates Orcanos from other similar products?

On a single platform, Orcanos offers all the essential steps in the creation of medical devices. It is very pleasant to use as well as each function can be altered to suit the requirements of the business. The user experience is enhanced after the new version is implemented because unlimited custom fields are now accessible. Customer support is frequently accessible and extremely beneficial.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The feature that I appreciate the most is how simple it is to send research and other attachments to various individuals for signatures, approval, or disapproval. The website also maintains track of revision changes and approval dates. It functions well as an instrument for audits. The system is flexible and can be tailored to the requirements of the business. Orcanos has several modules that can be implemented gradually depending on the status of the business and adjusted depending on how quickly each company onboards.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The website/system is NOT very user-friendly or straightforward. Even after a small learning curve, the interface is not ideal for end users. Finding documents or information can also be difficult, in my view.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

From a fully-fledged eQMS to an ALM for requirements management and testing to MES, Orcanos has effectively integrated all of the essential relational database components required for the creation of medical devices. It is remarkable to see all of these essential features present in a single relational database platform. To complete the tool, Orcanos has also incorporated important features from PLM-style systems, such as BOM, supplier administration, etc.

What differentiates Orcanos from other similar products?

Orcanos is a compliance management SaaS that integrates natively with Design Control, Quality Management, and Manufacturing Execution Quality Control Systems. It is designed to be quick and simple for life sciences businesses which create, manufacture, and offer services and products that save lives.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

You can rapidly share and email documents with anyone using Orcanos, make your documents searchable, and create a central online archive. The user-friendly web interface of Orcanos allows you to manage your papers from any desktop or mobile device. Any document you've saved can also be turned into a PDF, which you can then email to your coworkers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes knowing where to search in the Admin menus to find what you're looking for is not straightforward. Then, we consult the Orcanos Tech Help and online FAQs. Unlike other applications, this software operates differently. It is so challenging to explain its benefits to our coworkers and to get across its effectiveness.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Orcanos features a number of modules that can be installed gradually depending on the status of the business and altered depending on how quickly each company onboards. Our quality management system, which focuses on calibrating records for our production equipment, is powered by Orcanos. It serves as a priceless archive for such important documents.
