What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
The ease of use and sequence visibility helps out a ton! I used Salesloft before and it does not compare to Outreach!
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The layout is the main reason I am able to keep my prospects engaged, and keep the sequence streamline.
What do you dislike most about this product?
This could just be me, but we are unable to connect my Zoom number into outreach. Any inbound calls come in through Zoom and interrupts while I'm on a call in outreach. Maybe it's a specific integration but it's inconvenient
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This product is an industry leader for a reason, I would highly recommend using outreach.

What differentiates Outreach from other similar products?
The back end support, integrations, and ability to track activity set Outreach above the rest. There are a lot of automation or "Sequencing" companies, but none better than outreach. From setting rules to creating quick responses, it is hands down the best.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Outreach everywhere as a plug in is phenomenal. I can be emailing, searching on LinkedIn or diving through new databases for prospects. If I have an email and phone number I can send quality touches to set meetings.
What do you dislike most about this product?
At times you can get backlogged with tasks. Normal when putting so many people through a new campaign.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Get a data scrubbing tool, integrate with your email, listen to recorded calls, and track experiments. When you find something that is working dig in deep!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?
While still positioned as a sales engagement platform, Outreach software also offers revenue intelligence and operations features to help sales teams increase efficiency and effectiveness across the entire sales cycle.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Many people find the direct, often unsolicited, nature of outreach to be intrusive and unwelcome. A significant amount of outreach is perceived as low-effort, generic, and lacking personalization. The constant effort of sending out messages, coupled with low response rates, can lead to burnout for those doing the outreach. Poorly executed outreach can damage the sender's reputation and create a negative association with the brand. Generic messages that don't address the recipient's specific needs or interests are often seen as a waste of time.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
prioritize personalization features, integration capabilities, and tracking/analytics. Look for tools that allow for dynamic personalization in emails, integrate with your existing CRM and other tools, and provide robust reporting on key metrics like open rates, reply rates, and click-through rates.
