Our platform architecture is based on our single pass software engine and uses function-specific processing for networking, security, threat prevention, and management to deliver predictable performance.

What differentiates Palo Alto Network Security NGFW from other similar products?

It has a deep visibility into network traffic up to application layer and analyses data with various security contexts thus making it hard for threats to penetrate the first line of defense.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

User interface in intuitive and management is very easy along with latest security capabilities.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is the best Next Generation firewall series so there is nothing to compare it to as it , itself is a benchmark for efficiency and security robustness.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This tool is effective only when configured properly so implement it in a way it deserves so that it can do what it has been designed for that is mitigating emerging threats which can't be handled through traditional firewall solutions

Palo does NGFW the best. The rules can be incredibly specific and the integrations are awesome

Tons of training everywhere and the capabilities are endless with palo

The cost is a little high, but it is the best

It's a one box solution for all security concerns, it provides End-to-end security for your environment

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It gives complete visibility and control of your network traffic and it helps to detect and take prevent measures on vulnerable traffic or malicious event

What do you dislike most about this product?

The VPN aspect of the product. I've had a few issues with deploying this part of the product

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

A flexible and easy to configure NG firewall with great threat intelligence
