What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?
This tool makes it easy to develop and send professional quotes. With this technology, you can create long-lasting relationships with customers. Creating, editing and managing documents is very easy with PandaDoc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
One of the things I like the most is Making and creating sales proposals, monitoring interactions and closing deals on the fly has never been easier than with Pandadoc. The software integrates with numerous third-party programs, including SAP, Hubspot, and Salesforce, and offers a wide range of services.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Overbilling occurs, system failures and outages are common, and customer service takes at least three days to respond to your queries.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
With this application, making and sending personalized sales quotes is very easy. With this application you can sign documents, quotes and proposals digitally. With this tool you can increase your sales.

What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?
With PandaDoc we have a document automation application that allows us to send quotes, budgets, contracts, other documents and electronic signatures, Since we implemented PandaDoc in the company, we have sent proposals and contracts with greater ease and good results. It gave us better insight into customer behaviors, because we can see when they look at the contract, which pages they have spent more time on and how fast they view/sign it.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
In its interface you have an excellent analytics of the process, its document histories and the reminder that it has as a function that are of great help to our record in conjunction with the templates and a complete control panel as well as eliminates user error when signing contracts.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Better integration with Outlook so we can see when in our sent folder have been sent documents (Not all users use Gmail.com accounts), it is not totally intuitive; I did a lot of training to many people in their use of the platform, requires an initial learning curve and a with customer service in conjunction with IT support.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
PandaDoc is suitable for a company that has a clear sense of its proposals, contracts and other materials that need to be finalized. One of its best features is the integrated electronic signatures that make it much easier for the client as well as the tracking of our contracts. They also speed up the process of creating so many proposals because then much of the document creation process can be automated.

What differentiates PandaDoc CPQ from other similar products?
We saved hours by building offers and interacting with HubSpot. Our sales staff regularly breached the format of the previous Word agreements, and PandaDoc has made it quite simple for them to swiftly produce logical agreements. We use PandaDoc to encourage individuals to fill out and sign contracts, therefore streamlining the process. Previously, I discovered that sending forms by email resulted in formatting errors, and individuals without the necessary software had difficulty signing and filling out the forms.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like how all of my contracts are now in one place, with easy-to-use folder structures, and that I no longer have to bother about formatting them for other people's computers. It is quite handy to have them input text right into the form, sign, and date it. We've been using PandaDoc for several years, and the interface with HubSpot has made creating professional proposals a breeze. We've reduced our proposal agreement to a procedure that can actually take only a few minutes from start to end. It also makes the process easier for our sales staff and guarantees that all offers filed adhere to our brand guidelines.
What do you dislike most about this product?
It took me a bit to get used to the HubSpot connection, but it wasn't that difficult, and you'll be required to learn new connections like that. The system is simple to use, and our staff like its use. We can send more than 25 papers each day with Pandadoc while keeping everything in one location. So we have no complaints regarding PandaDoc.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I wholeheartedly suggest Pandadoc to anybody searching for a safe solution to their business needs. This has simplified my life and saved me time and money. Include it in your portfolio and begin delivering papers right now. We are quite pleased with the product and the service provided by PandaDoc.
