What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?

The differentiator is the ability to get a customized product at a very good price with access to friendly experts that truly understand your wants and needs and with the technical knowledge to make it happen and/or bring together experts in a quick and efficient manner.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The element that I appreciate the most is the dedication of the leadership of the company to remain close and connected to me as a Client. It makes all the difference.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are so many options available (which is not a bad thing!) and sometimes it is very hard to have clear, organized, visibility on this information

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would say you need to seriously consider what this product offers. My personal experience is that it offers so much more than I had initially anticipated.

What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?

Many BCP consultants don't use a software platform for business continuity planning. ParaSolution offers an interactive capability that can complement our internal human rsource management system

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Updates can be done in one module and all others are updated. Minimizes the effort of duplication and errors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Need more flexibility for customer customization

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

User friendly, mobile application is available, can be used for disaster recovery planning, emergency management planning, etc.

Plan Management Ability to assign tasks, schedule tasks i.e. due dates, report plan development status i.e. incomplete tasks, and automate sending task reminders.

Business Impact Analysis (BIA) Determine the impact of downtime and data loss, business process and application criticality ranking, and RTOs/RPOs.

Data Encryption Encrypt data in flight, while it's being uploaded/entered, and at rest, after it is uploaded/entered.

Role-Based Access Enable different levels of access based on role e.g. administrators can modify and see all data or department managers have access only to their data.
