What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?

ParaSolution is an elegant solution for implementation, especially if you started with the office suite for storing your BCPs/BIAs. Every staff of their support team have passed their CBCI exams to help better understand the needs of their customers. They are very agile in providing the best solution to service their customer's needs. My experience with their IT staff for spontaneous needs has been stellar and discussing projects has been delightful.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Providing and willing to adapt a stellar product to match your needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Over 2 years of collaborating with ParaSolution, I have not encountered elements that would lead me to dislike their solution. They meet standards in certain categories and exceed my expectation with how they interact with clients and how simple/powerful their solution is.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would ask Marie-Hèlene Primeau to discuss the possibility to talk to their staff (IT and Consulting) for examples of how they helped their customers during the COVID era.

What differentiates ParaSolution from other similar products?

The focus on innovation to address industry trends and on improving the product to meet the customers needs. The agility and customization capacity of the product is unique and what makes it such a valuable asset to an organization that is looking to improve it's resilience level.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's ease of deployment and it's intuitive nature which enables quick adoption by end users. The customization and reporting aspects are particularly excellent.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing that I dislike about ParaSolution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would strongly recommend ParaSolution to an business continuity or risk management program leader as the platform solution that will empower advancing their program to a high level of effectiveness and capability.

Plan Management Ability to assign tasks, schedule tasks i.e. due dates, report plan development status i.e. incomplete tasks, and automate sending task reminders.

Data Encryption Encrypt data in flight, while it's being uploaded/entered, and at rest, after it is uploaded/entered.

Import from other BCM Tools Import existing BCM documentation from other BCM tools not just as attachments, but import it as data into the new tool.

Role-Based Access Enable different levels of access based on role e.g. administrators can modify and see all data or department managers have access only to their data.
