What differentiates Paychex Flex from other similar products?

Paychex Flex has easier usability, lower cost upon initial onboarding and better customer service than other competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The payroll portal is intuitive and easy to navigate.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Paychex Flex's pricing model is such that it rises substantially year over year.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Paychex Flex is a great product for small business payroll. When I do have a question, which is not often, it is easy to get on the phone with a knowledgeable representative unlike other payroll providers I have worked with in the past. However, Paychex Flex's pricing model has been rising to an above competitive rate, causing the organization I'm consulting with to consider a new provider.
