What differentiates Paycom from other similar products?

It has multiple capabilities including support for payroll, time sheets, documents, benefits, employee directory, etc all in one single place.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is easy to navigate and find exactly which function you need.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not have a generic easy search bar across the system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend it for an easy way to find benefits, payroll, etc

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

How easy it is to process payroll!

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing really, the only thing i can think of, is that running reports is a little confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

To try to create customized products/ reports for the client.

Self-Service Applicant Portal​ The solution provides a robust applicant portal where documentation can be submitted, updated, and where the present status of an application can be tracked.

Reporting and Analytics The solution provides the ability to create metrics-driven dashboards and reports showing unique visitors, click-through, conversions, payments etc.

Employee Record Includes workforce and employee data such as contact information, address, phone, employee identifiers, employment history, hire and release dates, etc.

Workforce Planning Includes employee scheduling, shift tracking, adequate staffing level planning and alerts, location tracking and projects, and other tracking and reports.

Benefits Administration Employee participation in benefits programs such as paid time off, medical/dental/life insurance policies, 401k/RRSP participation, as well as self-service.
