What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Understand product enrollment delivery points and the user journey when they first become a customer. Knowing which features they utilized and when they interacted with them. Pendo analytics are so simple to use that I can examine use stats and offer the required assistance for decision points in minutes. The tool works as intended, and following the instructions we've provided will help you handle problems quickly. It's also useful to know what consumers are interested in and where they spend their time in order to validate improvements, requests and focus effort.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pendo analytics make it simple to trace a customer's journey and understand how they engage with our products and features. It is simple to teach people on the analytics tool; tutorials, user messages, and event monitoring are all incredibly valuable features that are widely utilized. I like being able to go into a client's history and tool usage. I can frequently troubleshoot and make choices regarding a customer account without a lot of back and forth. This implies that I may strive to assist a customer while keeping FCR statistics low.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I believe the default widgets may benefit from an update and expansion. If the client has spent a significant amount of time on the tool in a short period of time, the activities will overlap and cannot be separated.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Examine the many aspects of the tool to discover how you might benefit from them. Create some use cases for what you're attempting to do and see how you can achieve them. Examine the tool's analysis and settings. Pendo offers a far simpler user interface, and even non-techies may easily tag pages and features. Be prepared to spend time developing segments; individual user data is excellent, but constructing segments allows you to see the broader picture.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
Quickly addressing client preparedness and software usage success throughout the onboarding and training process for newly bought software. Using Pendo, we were able to respond faster and validate client success in adoption, allowing us to move certain firms through the onboarding funnel more quickly. This has given us the opportunity to ask, "What can we do to better or improve the functionality of a certain page where visitors are having the greatest difficulty?" Also, before to Pendo, we couldn't measure the success of user communications; today, we can.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Without the usual engineering delays, we can make rapid announcements and get quick analytics from our platform. Real-time data and simplicity of use are essential for tracking progress and client uptake of the program. We utilize Pendo to assess client preparedness to go from onboarding through graduation from our support organization.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My only qualm is that it is a two-edged sword. Pendo accomplishes SO MUCH that navigating all the resources to discover the capabilities might be tough. There is a fantastic resource center, however I frequently come across old films from prior editions that do not correspond to the current one.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared to study a lot if you are looking for software in this category. There are numerous capabilities and features, so take your time reviewing the materials.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?
We wanted a mechanism to connect directly with our application users without having to rely on engineers to construct custom solutions that would take months and divert their attention away from developing more essential features. Pendo was bought to replace applications that guided users through the platform and alerted them to new feature releases. In terms of knowledge, we have learned a lot more. We can now observe which visitors visit specific pages, as well as trends in NPS promoters and detractors.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Guides include building components for nearly every use case imaginable. They are simple to design and update for non-technical people. Designers and developers can personalize guides since they are so versatile. After the first setup, the user interface is incredibly simple to use and requires no technology. There is a wealth of data available that demonstrates how your users interact with our website. The application also allows you to work directly on the website to preview all live feeds. It's incredibly simple to build up a flow and get it going quickly.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some issues, but the Pendo crew is very quick and helpful. My biggest complaint is that it is not highly configurable - replies cannot be removed, changed, or categorized for any reason. Months later, I learn that Pendo was never properly integrated from the start, and therefore the figures in the data are incorrect. I have spoken with your staff multiple times in order to set up meaningful consultations with my team, but they have never followed through.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It has a learning curve at initially, and you may encounter specific issues depending on the product or application you're installing it on. It does not require much upkeep once placed. I strongly suggest Pendo since it is solid software that is difficult to set up. I would propose meeting with your success team to explore which reports and analytics are relevant to your product.
