What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to create segments of my customers and understand their usage of our product. Then being able to create integrations and notifications

What do you dislike most about this product?

Clunky to get started and learn - very custom and new. Takes a while to understand processes and learn

It is worth it if you take the time to get set up properly and integrate your data

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

The Pendo tool facilitates decision-making by allowing users to express questions that will result in responses that fit the demands of the client. My team and I may utilize Pendo to validate whether a feature or component of our product is being used before opting to delete it. Pendo information is used in a number of ways inside our business, helping us to develop a better knowledge of our clients' operations and build better products. They provide us with visibility into user behavior, allowing us to uncover actionable insights that will help us steer our product in the proper direction.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Because they are always introducing new features to their product, they recognized an opportunity to include in-product lessons to educate consumers on how to use the most beneficial elements of the product, therefore making life simpler. We are able to plan our onboarding approach based on the needs of each user group thanks to Pendo. We also rigorously adhere to the brand rules and have complete control over how those guidelines are displayed aesthetically inside the product experience. Pendo displays which readers have committed to particular guides and where changes are needed; we utilize this information to construct our product roadmap.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a significant amount of time and effort to properly utilize the platform, which can be a strain for busy persons with other commitments. The present product isn't really great, and I'm not sure I'll be able to persuade the correct people to do it, but Google Analytics doesn't capture the data I need to do my tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Our company is becoming more product-driven as a result of Pendo, which helps both our customers and our product. Pendo puts essential data at your fingertips, so instead of guessing and verifying, you can make decisions for your users based on real facts. Pendo is extremely valuable for extensive and adaptable analysis; this data enables us to present instructions, lessons, tooltips, and messages to our users at critical moments throughout the program. Furthermore, the Dashboards feature enables us to plan for the creation of central hubs where our staff can gather to ask questions and discuss findings.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

It assists me in recruiting participants for research studies based on real use of a feature in our products and websites. These research projects help us make product direction choices, and ensuring that the individuals who participate use the product gives us more trust in our results. Monitoring and increasing product adoption to achieve a higher retention rate, including exposing potential cancellation threats, also helps me demonstrate ROI to my clients by displaying user adoption patterns. Furthermore, the reporting tools assist me in identifying sections of my site where people spend the most time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love being able to design a guide based on a template so that we can do user experience research surveys without having to code. It's simple to create something that looks professional, asks pointed questions, and yields meaningful information. I particularly enjoy that use is tracked in the past, and that the dashboard views or the option to split users/accounts based on various criteria are really strong. The finest insights in Pendo are the capabilities for tracking users to my site, where I can rapidly identify power users and discover use trends, which truly helps me gauge user adoption and highlight areas for training attention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

We have struggled at times with how to effectively leverage Pendo's broad features for our unique use cases, both on a micro and large scale. Pendo, on the other hand, has been working hard to provide case studies from which we may draw inspiration, as well as extra support resources that give more insight on best practices. Once the reports are generated, they are simple to utilize; however, making them can be difficult; this could be due to our specific system, but getting things started takes time.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pendo addresses two major issues: user onboarding/support in the application and data. Both are essential for our CX team to execute new releases, support them, and determine their success. We have data insights, and we collect a lot of information about our customers through behavior monitoring, surveys, and NPS, which we utilize to influence our CX and product roadmaps, as well as assess the performance of our communications.
