What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

We like that Pendo provides analytical reports and extensive tracking of the activity of every user who visits our social networks, giving us invaluable information at the time when a marketing strategy is being implemented and helping us find better efficacy in it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Improved efficacy of all our past marketing efforts across all of our sites and campaigns. The detailed daily statistics that Pendo provides us on each user's behavior on any of our websites save a lot of time in meetings to decide what strategy to implement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are occasions when the delay is significant, and the tagging is so delicate that any modification to the front-end code could cause the entire pendo tagging system to fail. Furthermore, there can be no backwards compatibility with the event tracking system.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its value is enhanced by its intuitive design and seamless integration with our current set of tools. The product requires no assembly and can be used immediately after being opened. Integrating pendo into our online and mobile apps required almost no work on our part, and the data it collected was both precise and straightforward to analyze.

Interface can be a little clunky. Especially when trying to edit multiple guides.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is well worth the investment and is a nice all around solution for gaining insights into your users and providing in app messaging to notify users and create small walk through guides.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

Pendo assists me in creating instructions and tracking where individuals get stuck so that I can advise them. We must also publicize our releases at least 48 hours in advance, and releases necessitate a brief blackout period. We believe that communicating this with actual people checking in, rather than email blasts, is preferable, and Pendo allows us to do it directly in the app. We may choose when our advisors should initially emerge and when they should disappear.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I enjoy being able to create app documentation (guides) without having to send it to a development team and wait for the material to surface after the app's official release. I hadn't anticipated the simplicity of use of social media, but I was pleasantly delighted to see that it wasn't far away. When I got stuck, assistance was usually able to help (once I found the support tab). People who struggle with technology will continue to struggle with this, but if you learn Google Docs, I believe you'll understand soon enough.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is currently no ability to archive guides in context folders for easier organization on the Guides website. Product areas are not a practical manner of organizing them. Also, the text editor is rather old, and it is not the greatest choice for copying from Pendo because the markings are part of the text. You'll adore it if you're used to text editing on Discord; the other 90% of us will find it bothersome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is one of the best software in its segment, it is functional and improves the productivity of all the people who use it, I have used other software, but Pendo has been superior and that is why we continue to use it and in the company we can recommend it to others. implementation.
