What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

Pendo enables us to determine which features function and which do not. This enables us to more efficiently prioritize product implementation and engineering time in order to address the issues that are most important to our customers. To compare our users' behavior with all guides, pages, and feature metrics at the same time. It enables us to compile a report that can lead us to a conclusion that leaves consumers unharmed.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pendo enables us to broaden our insights in order to better understand what our consumers are doing throughout our product experience. NPS surveys and product analytics on a SaaS platform combine to provide a highly strong platform that can help us enhance user adoption while also leading product teams to better understand and analyze user behavior. Fantastic Sales, Onboarding, and Customer Service Process - The Pendo team has been outstanding from start to finish. Useful insights into how our clients utilize our platform, with the results already influencing future product cycles.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Custom editing capabilities in guide editor mode are limited in comparison to the guide's rudimentary tools. What I don't see is the animation transition when the guide is presented or appears on the items. If you're thinking about utilizing Pendo, I'd recommend checking out Feedback as soon as you start using Insights.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Take the time to learn how to use the software effectively, build from less to more, and get your peers to adopt it quickly to reap its full benefits.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

Pendo assists you in providing superior software experiences for contented and productive users and staff. With the use of insights, you can quickly and effectively create in-app instructions that don't require any code to promote software adoption, offer support, and produce better leads inside the application. Pendo, in essence, is software that enhances the quality of your work.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Due to the amount and frequency of distracting pop-ups, the NPS within Pendo has significantly increased the number of responses without adversely affecting our user experience. Furthermore, we were able to close the circle on our NPS respondents in a timely manner because to the connectivity with Zapier and the segment created in Pendo. We are also really eager to start using the resource center's Onboarding module.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Data Explorer, Dashboards, and Reports' options for data display and analysis can seem constrained and somewhat trite. It seems like there are a few less optimal ways to view and manage the data you collect compared to other visualization platforms. While there is still a ton of customization available, more flexibility in how you can use the data you collect would be greatly appreciated.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ranging from basic advice on forthcoming updates to sophisticated recommendations leveraging Pendo snippets are another excellent tool for gathering high-impact data; every guideline we've used was straightforward to set up and produced clear-cut data insights that assisted us in taking action.
