We picked Pendo over other platforms because we found its analytics to be superior to those of its competitors. In addition to the functionality, we were persuaded to go with Pendo because another team within the company was already using it for another software project.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

"Pendo is great for product analytics. I love their many courses and webinars. These have taught me how to use the product effectively. The platform's straightforward UI makes it easy to utilize. My issues have been resolved quickly by customer support. I strongly recommend Pendo for product analytics. I've learned a lot about user behavior from it, which has helped my product succeed."

What do you dislike most about this product?

While Pendo is very useful right out of the box, it does not allow for extensive customization for the sake of individual preferences. Those unfamiliar with product analytics software may find Pendo's steep learning curve intimidating, despite the platform's many available training resources. Pendo has limited integrations; while it is compatible with many widely used programs, it lacks support for some less common ones that some users may find useful. Pendo's reporting features may not be as robust as some users would want, and it may be challenging to extract some data points for some users.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's an excellent platform for sending data to customers, tracking and managing the lifecycle, and submitting product enhancements, thus I highly recommend it.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pendo is ideal for small- and medium-sized product companies looking for: aid in improving user experience. Utilizing advanced analytics to understand how the product is performing by measuring the impact of a feature on the requirement phase in and of itself. We use Pendo.io to submit requests for product enhancements and to make the advancements our product is making more visible. This gives us a better internal understanding of the product road map going forward, enables us to crowdsource the most requested features, and provides some updates on what is in the works.helps us organize all of the requests for improvement we get.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It must include some minor shortcuts, such as the ability to choose a specific URL without having to type it again. Since the Mobile app tries to fit in a lot of data, it can be challenging to navigate through that on a mobile device. Dashboard needs more filters. First-time user onboarding materials and product guides need to be updated because some information is still out of date. Filtering is challenging. Improved search functionality. It would be nice to have more software integrations.cellular compatibility. Performance might be improved.. costly tool.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is a user-centric product that tracks the behavior of the customers and aware the product manager with the sentiments of the users and their level of engagement to guide them in listing their needs.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its in-app guidance and messaging features are my favorite while working. With the help of these tools, I can deliver personalized, tooltips, and content-sensitive tips, and can go through them straightaway within the product experience. It empowers us to onboard new users, features adaptation, and can help users simplify complex steps while working. All these are done smoothly without disturbing the flow of work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Ironically, Pendo is great for helping onboard users and has robust analytical capabilities. It marks itself as no-code software. Also, its in-app guidance tools are efficient and greatly supportive. It offers very basic and user-friendly functionalities thus offering ease to its users at every end.

If you are looking for extensive software for in-depth analytical capabilities, then Pendo’s features would help you a lot. But before committing to it, map out the needs of your organization and the track to operate it. Ensure collaboration with the product team for a suitable tracking setup.
