What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

We have found it quite helpful to monitor how our NPS and PMF score change from quarter to quarter. Pendo helps almost every department in our company, whether it's the Product, Customer Success, Marketing, or Sales teams. Pendo offers an in-depth analysis of how our consumers use our product, including the pages they visit, the features they use, and the length of time they spend using our app.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is simple to configure, you can go live in minutes, and the reporting tools are excellent. Along with gathering NPS scores, we also use it to communicate with and get feedback from our clients. It accomplishes the job perfectly. I adore that we can include announcements for events and training in our software for our customers. It's excellent to have another avenue, as emailing them occasionally only sometimes attracts their attention.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Additionally, it helps to have a basic understanding of CSS and JS. If you don't have it, you frequently need to interact with your company's engineers to properly categorize features and pages, mainly if your app uses distinct instances (or sites) for each client. The same goes for testing features that don't use the same CSS across all of your app's versions regarding guiding activation.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We adore the information we have learned about our users and now know much more about what they do when using our applications. Additionally, Pendo has made it quite simple to communicate with our customers, particularly during times of need. We are providing ALL members of our company with the knowledge they need to perform their duties.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

The Funnel and Pathing features benefit the design team by enabling them to examine user flows and make design changes immediately. We commonly utilize guides to announce new features, promote webinars and events, gather user feedback, and instruct people on how to use our services. I adore the NPS capability since it enables us to gather user feedback that is randomly sampled continuously.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pendo was suggested by one of our non-executive directors, and I have to confess that thus far, it has been a straightforward tool to use and set up. Because clicks may be retrospectively marked, you can tag features and start receiving data as soon as they are implemented. Along with providing users with educational opportunities, it grows your support team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Managing the connectors with other tools can be challenging because Pendo is robust and provides many options. While this is a benefit, there are occasions when the reporting options could be more granular, making configuring and checking reports more difficult. The tool has some parts that are less intuitive than others. When trying to alter already-existing resources, I mainly run into trouble in the Resources Guide section.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We gain a lot of knowledge about how our customers use our product, knowing that we can apply it to discovery, engineering, and our release strategy. We can communicate with our clients in-app in an elegant and sophisticated manner, with outcomes considerably beyond those we would receive from email. The NPS tool alone makes the application cost worthwhile.

What differentiates Pendo from other similar products?

This program stands out from its competitors thanks to its intuitive user interface, extensive feature set, and forward-thinking design.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pendo is a tool that I use frequently for business, and I find it to be both straightforward and simple. I can quickly provide reports to anyone needs them, and I can build dashboards to show off to our UI, sales, and customer success teams. Our customer success teams have benefited greatly from the option to interface with other platforms, such as Salesforce. We've been able to better serve our clients thanks to the insights provided by the data on their usage. The Resource Center is great because it provides our users with quick access to important resources including documentation, our customer service form, and our social media accounts.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The integration of Pendo with other mobile development platforms, such as Flutter, is lacking. I'd like to upgrade our membership to include one of our mobile applications, but its features aren't particularly impressive and thus difficult to sell to the company's decision-makers. Since I can't switch from Google Analytics, which doesn't collect the data I need to accomplish my job, I've been utilizing it.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this software, as it provides a wealth of useful features and functions.
