When PhotoShelter for Brands was first placed in our office, I was completely taken aback because I had no idea where to begin. However, after spending just two to three hours using it, I realized how much I had been missing out on due to the previous tool. What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I won't elaborate on the core characteristics, but I must say that the photo library and password-sharing option are simply amazing. Not only we but also the clients appreciate that passwords for works from outside our team can be easily shared for total security. Other most useful features are the tagging options, which make it quite simple for me to search for anything I am looking for.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With all of the bonus material displayed around the collections, the portal's windows taskbar can be a little daunting. When you start giving multiple visual creds to a photo album, it will appear as a copy. One component I absolutely loathe is the restriction on the number of account manager tickets.

PhotoShelter for Brands was a pleasant environment that gave us the freedom to express our brand security in more original ways. The option to save photos both privately and publicly is really a plus and has made everything work from management to raising brand awareness so much simpler. It might be its functionality or its simplicity that gives it the upper hand over the competition.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I get a fully optimized back-end library of photographs from Photoshelter for Brands that my clients can view, pick their favorites from, and download. One of the most convenient aspects is the ability to add images to many galleries without duplicating them or affecting storage. I really enjoyed the feature that enables us to add and instantly tag our entire lineup as we want. In addition, I am also enjoying the simplicity of uploading images and arranging them in albums.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Photoshelter desires that each user have a specialized role, but in actual fact is more flexible. I'd rather not have to figure out which ride can perform which processes. authorization per photo album is also time-consuming once they're in.

Use PhotoShelter for Brands if you frequently encounter issues with missing photographs, photo management, and downloading issues. PhotoShelter for Brands is not as challenging for organizations to maintain as an earlier system, rather it is the solution that completely relieves them of the hassle of managing, organizing, and accessing digital assets.

The range of search tools available within Chorus also makes it easier for me to quickly find the necessary call recordings. This allows me to spend less time looking for specific conversations and more time focusing on engaging with customers. Additionally, I like being able to create playlists so that new team members may listen to and learn more from a library of client calls organised according to the topic. This makes it easier for me to keep track of customer conversations and ensure that everyone is on the same page when it comes to understanding customers’ needs.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Chorus occasionally obstructs certain sections of our dialogue. Sometimes the recording isn't very excellent, however we're not sure why. This occurs, as far as we can tell, whenever calls begin or end early. It would certainly be beneficial to have a better understanding of why this issue is occurring.

Before investing in the system, I would suggest evaluating your current needs and ensuring that they can be met by Chorus. It is important to consider whether or not it has the specific features you require and if it can work with existing systems. Additionally, make sure to test out the product first to ensure that it meets your expectations.
