What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Thanks to the help of Pipedrive I have been a spectator of the good and greater management of clients to approach them in different sales projects, that is to say that with the support of this program I have known how to take the sales administration of my work department to another level I am quite happy to have the help of this program because it is thanks to it that I have increased sales relationships with frequent customers and new customers where we have consolidated our union thanks to good management and credibility in each of the projects we carry out.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

There are many things that I like about this program, one of which is the professionalism index that it offers me each time in the commercial development with the company's clients. We have not had other more functional tools to organize each of the commercial events such as We have done it hand in hand with Pipedrive, another of the biggest and best features of this program is how the interface is shown to its users, it is really clean and organic when applying each of the functions to strengthen relationships and sales from my work area.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the biggest complaints that we have had in my area of work with this program has been because of the high price for acquiring this program, in addition to the fact that it has a couple of functions that must be paid an extra amount to use it without any problem The truth is a bit annoying how a program with somewhat basic functions can be so expensive, this inevitably affects our experience with the program when installing this program on each of the company's machines.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is one of the best programs we have had for the administration of the company's negotiations. The ease of use of this program makes us fully master it and understand each of the functions that become essential to concretize each of the relationships. commercials that are carried out on the web, I like to recommend this program for the great virtues of management and transparency that it brings to my work.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive stands apart from other CRM tools because it prioritises the needs of salespeople. It's user-friendly enough for novices thanks to its straightforward layout. Pipedrive, on the other hand, isn't as feature-rich as competitors like Salesforce.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My sales team and I have found Pipedrive to be a fantastic CRM platform that has really facilitated the simplification and acceleration of our sales operations. I appreciate how the system was conceived with the sales team in mind, making it simple for us to learn and implement. The ability to see our deals and tasks in a pipeline format is a huge time saver.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Pipedrive's limited capabilities in comparison to other CRM software is a drawback. The lack of a telephone system and the mediocre quality of its email integration are two such issues. Also, it can be difficult to develop custom reports due to the reporting and analytics tools' inherent constraints.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive is ideal for companies of all sizes with straightforward sales procedures. More sophisticated customer relationship management systems, such as Salesforce or Hubspot, are worth investigating for organisations with larger sales teams or more intricate sales processes. What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

We are a headhunting firm that specializes in finding senior managers and Pipedrive is our primary sales management tool. Therefore, we create projects using the variety of filters, then add deals = people to the projects. We make great use of the numerous fields to collect information about the individuals and furthermore, we interact with them, for example, by tagging them in the deals and furthermore, we collect the stages of the sales process. In addition, we have many automations running on Pipedrive that connect to Slack and various internal tools (of which, tools for interacting with customer users and company staff are a part).

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The link with PandaDoc, which is very common, gives us a very valuable overview of the documents we have sent or that have been signed. The email function that pulls all relevant material together (plus the option to send a business-specific email to Pipedrive in BCC). Excellent visibility into the shape of the funnel and the ease of taking offers through the stages.

What do you dislike most about this product?

When recording an activity, it immediately jumps to "busy" as we use the activity field to only monitor that activity and not set it up, so I wish the "FREE" option was the default as sometimes my assistants forget to release the activity and therefore leave spaces on my calendar unused. When taking notes and then saving the document, Pipedrive saves a copy of the original text and fills it in again when I open the document interface.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I made use of Pipedrive support on several occasions and the team responded promptly. Most Pipedrive agents tried to understand the problem and find a solution. At times, I even had agents check in days after my request and ask if my situation was still problematic. It is ideal for companies that have a large volume of leads to manage and want to use a tool that gives them an excellent overview, for companies that focus on sales and want to receive helpful reminders to check in with leads on a regular basis.
