What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is the best CRM software on the market for sales. It has the power to easily integrate a sales flow with SaaS companies, plus it has a customization facility in the main dashboard. You can aggregate the activity with all the necessary documentation to be able to track all the necessary revenue.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Pipedrive is an excellent tool to be able to manage sales activities and sales tracking. It has an excellent design and integrations are very easy to set up and do. Most tools are seamlessly integrated and all Pipedrive dashboards are customizable to the client's liking. It is a major plus for SaaS companies as its forecasting and revenue tracking option is amazing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only flaw Pipedrive has is that when you need some custom options you have to pay a higher license fee because what some licenses have, others do not. Pipedrive is not as capable to manage HR and CRM in the same line.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

You can use this tool to move all your contacts, companies and leads and track all the activities you need to do before and during your funnel. You can use it to track and see what your reps are doing and where they can improve their service. You can't use it for marketing campaigns and you can't send mass emails like in Mailchimp.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It's incredibly simple to use and easy to combine with a lot of other software.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It has a live chat feature that allows us to communicate with customers in real time to enhance customer service and boost sales. All relevant information is centralized in this way. It enables us to separate quickly, accurately, and with the best filters, enabling us to attract the right customers for our company. Additionally, it is compatible with Gmail and Google Contacts, both of which are crucial.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It crashes, crashes again, then crashes some more. Customer support could actually care less about it, so you wind up with a number of system components that are inoperable and render the platform useless. Even after raising a number of difficulties, it is still impossible to speak to someone via screen sharing, thus you are repeatedly sent to a chatbot.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a straightforward and reasonably priced pipeline management application, Pipedrive is the one for you. It offers a lot of help information and courses, therefore I highly recommend it for people who are just getting started with CRM and need one. Given that it has a wide range of fascinating and extensive functions, it is also perfect for experienced users.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

PipeDrive has a lot of choices to deliver and accomplishments to establish, and we get pleasure from such constraints since they assist us to preserve consistency in our game. Custom fields create it straightforward to cover all potential courses of action. The wonderful factor regarding Pipedrive is that it permits our entire firm to collaborate on projects. There aren’t communication breakdowns as a result of missing email chains or alternative issues. PipeDrive centralizes all info for each trade for optimal potency and production.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The synchronization it has with google tools is ideal, especially the calendar, because it automatically tracks all calls and emails, making reminders on the regular date and time. It has info for clients and general contacts, that helps us to quickly find the clients we wish to work with. It conjointly has call recording, which permits us to create corrections and enhancements in the future. Several of the present CRMs I’ve tested in the past were so comprehensive, but also so tough to grasp, that they couldn’t be set. Pipedrive encompasses a restricted variety of points, which has created my job easier.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Its style can be improved, to make it easier to use and far additional friendly to the eye. We have not been ready to solve the matter of sending mass mailings, so our work is delayed by having to send one mail at a time. Overall, there don’t seem to be several complaints regarding this program, as I feel it’s complete, with very helpful tools for our organization.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It’s a CRM for sales that will be of nice help to any company and its sales department because it helps to manage all sales in an organized way, owns a complete overview of the progress of customers, and so to prioritize its client base. As a company, we’ve got found it helpful and our sales have increased.
