What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

The best thing about Pipedrive is not the quantity of leads generate but the quality of the leads this tool. brings in.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the ease when connecting this tool to advertising platforms and then transferring all the leads into our internal systems which is Salesforce.

What do you dislike most about this product?

So far, their service is good and there is nothing to be added in this aspect.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive was very new when we engaged with them but they proved their worth, I'd recommend them to use it for lead management.
