What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It aided us in gathering leads, moving them through a pipeline, and determining next actions for the leads we had. It allows us to handle all of our clients in one location, and the greatest part is that it has an automated reminder tool that allows us to keep track of all of our pending leads. Everything from adding custom fields to altering our sales funnel stages based on our company needs to turning entire modules on and off with a single click is customizable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Kanban view is one of the clearest deal management tools for both sales and management usage. What I loved best about it was the user interface, which has really aided us in tracking the customer journey and keeping records of all our leads, sales, and money. Pipedrive gives a comprehensive, efficient, and user-friendly overview of our sales pipeline, and we can monitor the particular development of all of our sales team members in the organization, as well as the proposals made to potential clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It takes a lot of tweaking to get the most out of it; if you don't make these changes, you'll have a pretty untidy looking CRM in a few years, and the reports aren't the most appealing area either. It took some time to combine it with other applications, but it was eventually addressed owing to our patience and the technical experts at the company. Otherwise, I believe it is a well-rounded tool that is simple to use and, most importantly, beneficial to our sales staff.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive is ideal for small teams that need to manage leads and leads across several channels, from lead creation to completing the sale. If you're a small business searching for a CRM to help you manage and move leads without spending a fortune on Salesforce, Pipedrive is the finest option - it's even better than Excel.

We're using pipedrive for more than 6 months and its great to have a such lead management tool

Especially it's connection with Google Analytics makes Pipedrive invaluable for us

Some features are getting limited when you're using the intro package but it would be better if we have more

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

It makes a lot of decisions and sets a lot of goals, and we like that structure because it helps us sustain uniformity within the way we play. It also provides a way to organize the steps in a logical and meaningful way. The CRM tool is wonderful and helps generate a visual representation of how leads and opportunities evolve within a company. What appealed to me most was the user screen, because it has given us a lot of help in directing the customer's steps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like the speed with which it is possible to generate custom fields, work procedures and lead forms. The best tools in this program are the Google relations and the incorporation of the calendar. I like the design of Pipedrive with respect to generating a consistent outline of flows for sales ideas, discussions and contract communications. I also like the way companies make contact with one or more individuals and then enter into agreement.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there are glitches in notifications, however these are possible errors on our part due to lack of knowledge in setting up correctly through the chat. I would also like to see more diversity in the marketing email templates, so there is no need to repeat methods that have already been used.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is quite simple and gives the opportunity for several staff members to work at the same time on the same campaign and database. It offers an extensive, clear and simple explanation of the procedure to sell our products and, consequently, we can observe the specific evolution of each of the members of our sales staff within the company. Pipedrive has a simple user interface and is exceptional for generating and customizing documents. The overlap with Google tools is excellent, particularly in the area of calendaring.
