What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

Pipedrive is one the most preferred CRM solutions for small to mid-size business enterprises. It offers a stellar feature set, gamification modules & powerful email marketing tools at the most competitive prices in the market. Pipedrive CRM also works as an account management tool and largely helps the sales team to launch pipelines, transfer prospects between and within them, and keep track of contacts. It offers an intuitive interface, feature-rich options and streamlines the workflow with much ease and efficiency. This is what makes it better as compared to its competitors.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I shall prefer Pipedrive for its ease of configuration & flexibility of customization properties. With a robust mobile app & email synchronization features, we can have access to this CRM solution on the go. Being a sales-focused CRM, Pipedrive works really well in providing full visibility of different sales leads to the team while offering complete details to track the progress stages for each deal and prepare for the next actionable items

What do you dislike most about this product?

The only drawback is the limited functionality it offers within the price range. I wish to see the inclusion of more marketing related features of email automation/ list classification into this CRM solution.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Pipedrive is an effective & budget-friendly CRM solution for middle and small sized businesses. If you are considering Pipedrive for use in the manufacturing industry, service industry, corporate and individual clients, do not give it a second thought, it is simply amazing and integrates well with each of the industry setups. There is no reason for you to not try it.

I love that it additionally adjusts very well with the Google Meetings, it likewise has combinations with advertising and examination programming, it is truly adaptable and natural.
