Excellent UI/UX rapidly advancing but growth pains

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Pipedrive is a smart CRM it is easy to use with an excellent UI/UX
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The drag and drop interface is the best
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of innovative support, previously they had this with technical support but now have got rid of this department making it difficult for enterprise organizations to grow with them.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is great for standard product b2b or b2c, but complex product sales and quotations or if you are looking for customer service and marketing integration hubspot is better.
