What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?

The user interface is amazing, it's easy to operate. IT also has automation and workflow feature which makes the customization stand out.

My favorite aspect is the customization of workflows and automations which adapts easily to the business requirement

I don't have any specific dislikes

Even though the product is bit pricey but it justifies the features it provides
