What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
Pipedrive is an affordable CRM platform packed with features for managing sales, making it our best tool in our company. It is so easy to use, and the design is refreshing and simple. It does a great job centralizing all our business aspects, combined with Its advanced capabilities and the extensible and compressible reports it provides have made it so attractive to many businesses. Furthermore, Support is 24/7 and is exceptional in providing excellent training. Not only that, but Its ability to scale has been a perfect fit for our growing sales team.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipedrive attractive features like the ability to scale to meet the needs of our growing sales team is a major game change for our business. We have bee able to have organized leads and generate leads with ease. In addition our sales process have improved since our sales team are able to focus on which leads can convert with ease. I also love how customizable the pipeline level are, which fits our sales process. The reporting feature has enabled us to visualize and identify top sale performers as well those that are lagging behind. This has enabled us to come up with smart decision to boost their performance and increase sales productivity.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The only issue i have with Pipedrive is that there should be a way of diving leads and contracts to make it more organized.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
We have achieved greater ROI since the implementation of Pipedrive in our organization. We no longer follow leads that meets a dead end, but have a good lead generator that has enabled to convert leads into buyers in a short period of time. It has been a great support to our sales team, and we don't see ourselves switching from using this tool. I highly recommend it for use.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
1 Gathers statistical information on performance. 2 Easy to use, no complex knowledge is required. 3 Reliable. 4 It has a complete sales funnel with the necessary measures, such as average deal closing rate, average time to win deals; among others that predict results with greater certainty. 5 Email function where it tracks conversations, plus it is compatible with Gmail, Office 365, etc.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Calls, tasks, reminders, deadlines and meetings, it is an excellent client-company relationship manager. I like Pipedrive because my performance assisting and supporting sales is now an easier task, the best thing is that it was easy to implement and currently remains easy to use, it perfectly manages contacts in addition to the activities and tasks to be performed with potential customers. Another feature that I like is the fact that I can synchronize the inbox as I can send emails directly from the platform.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app, definitely needs improvement, it is very slow and the interface is not the best, I don't use it much, but it is necessary since if I need access to Pipedrive and I don't have my laptop I have to resort to my smartphone. I think it's the only aspect I don't love, everything else is at a decent and professional level.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
To improve communication with clients and optimize deal closing methods and expand possibilities, Pipedrive is a good entry tool, I would say it is more focused for small and medium-sized companies, which is not to say that for large companies it is not up to the task.

What differentiates Pipedrive from other similar products?
The amount of integrations it has is attractive, MailChimp, Gmail, Zapier, Teams, among others. It is relatively cheaper than other CRMs on the market. Simple interface that helps to better manage the customer lifecycle.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Pipedrive is a focused, specific and professional CRM with a competitive price. It's a funnel that helps me get from potential customers to prospects, saving me a lot of work and giving me specific guidelines and steps to follow, as well as offering courses and tutorials. Pipedrive gets you up and running quickly, once you log in it guides you through its features and how to implement them in your business and projects, simple and effective. It also features automation of repetitive tasks such as sending emails. Automatic call and email tracking.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The mobile app often freezes or is not stable, it has a lot of potential and the idea is good but more work needs to be done on it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a good solution for small and medium businesses, personally I think it does not need complex consultation and training as Pipedrive guides you from the beginning and that is a great advantage, I recommend it, it has a free trial period and the prices of the plans are not the cheapest but not the most expensive, due to the recognition it has and the security of the data is worth it.
