What differentiates Pipeliner CRM from other similar products?
Pipeliner CRM has a unique and easy to navigate UI. However, it is underwhelming in terms of integration into digital media.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Design of the software is intuitive and nice.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Lack of intelligent integration into digital networks
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Make sure you know the limitations of the CRM before spending the full price. The trial version while good, does not give you a true sense of what this product can do.

What differentiates Pipeliner CRM from other similar products?
The visual interface with drag n drop capability makes it user friendly. The ability to customize sales process and/or leads to suit my organizations process made it embracing for all. Being able to customize report and report templates with ease was a big boost to the field sales team. In addition, the integration and onboarding process was not cumbersome and took just few days. All the above mentioned points set Pipeliner CRM set above other products in its category.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of customization of sales process and reporting is a big plus that makes the product usage exciting. Friendly user experience with Visual interface that allows for drag n drop capability. The mobile app add in makes up-to-the-minute information tracking possible thus making the team highly productive and efficient
What do you dislike most about this product?
The slow loading response when data is loaded which the next version will take care of.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Pipleiner CRM is a product that will give you value for money. It will improve your efficiency and team effectiveness because It is designed with the sales personnel in focus thus ensuring ownership of the tool and process.
