Favorite aspect is it helped us a lot with easy to manage and assign workflow and tasks. It's time saving and tracking.

Never came across any dislikeness from this. Just little flexible in customisation will be added advantage.

Highly recommended as it saves time and track every workflow and tasks assignment and much more.

What differentiates Planview Portfolios from other similar products?
Among the best things about is its seamless integration with Office 365. Not only can I access it from my web or mobile device, but because it has a dedicated section within this suite of products, highly complex tasks such as creating projects from scratch and generating visually appealing reports such as burndown charts and Gantt timelines are now easier than ever. In addition, advanced tools allow me to have complete visibility of all current proposals while tracking their progress.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
organizations can manage their project portfolios more effectively and efficiently, maximizing investment in projects and achieving strategic objectives.
What do you dislike most about this product?
is not the best choice when a project's timeline has numerous changes and lacks fixed dates and durations. Since most people don't have access to Excel, exporting data to Excel is inconvenient, making it difficult to share the data. Before entering any information, users should fully understand the scope of their project before setting it up.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I can quickly create visuals that provide direct feedback from team members, which helps me adjust tasks as needed in response to changing circumstances. It's impressive how smoothly our organization is now getting work done thanks to the time-saving organizational scripting tools built into . I could go on and on about all the great features, but I think you can see why my favorite aspect of project management .
