What differentiates Planview Portfolios from other similar products?
This program stands out from others as it is an effective tool for managing project time and tracking hours. The service is cloud-based and accessible to customers from anywhere.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It is an efficient and uncomplicated method for employees to fill up their time sheets, and it enables us to monitor the number of hours clocked across several organizations and in relation to particular endeavors.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Developing functionality that is tailored to a specific need might be expensive. There is nothing that is pre-programmed to allow us to follow up with employees who have not turned in their timesheets, thus we are unable to do so.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this program as it is an excellent tool for tracking projects and the amount of time spent on each one. I appreciate the capability to generate reports and metrics related to project work.

It is distinct from other programs because it is an all-inclusive tool that covers all parts of project management, such as plans, baselines, resources, risks, and financial planning.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It takes a significant amount of work up front to get Planview set up and for individuals to learn how to use it effectively. Once they do, however, it's a fantastic tool for managing multiple sites at once.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Planview is prone to a wide variety of bugs, which can result in a decline in productivity and the frequent need to reset information.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I highly recommend this program as it is an excellent tool for managing projects and tracking income.

Accuracy and accountability through audit trail. Great to set due dates for tasks and track the progress to beat the deadline. Efficient with dependencies tracking.

Efficiency with mass update of tasks for time saving and cost.

Superb with mass updates of task like for a whole project. Reliable for effectively align tasks for prioritization. Impressive with audit trail for accountability with expenses.
